Mindi worked in my district as a pharmaceutical sales rep for the Novartis contract with Inventiv Health.  Mindi was very organized and conscientious in managing her territory. I hired Mindi to work for Lincare as a new Respiratory Medical Sales Representative.  She was one of the best reps I have worked with while at Lincare.  She took a lot of initiative to learn the job early on as a new hire and she spent a lot of time studying and preparing for the rigorous corporate sales and disease training.  She successfully completed the Lincare corporate training program and finished with a 93% overall.  Mindi quickly grew the area Lufkin, TX oxygen and CPAP referral business.  She overcame objections and closed on every sales call by always asking for the business.  She works hard and does whatever it takes to get the job done.  She was a delight to work with.
